Hi all,

I have a cheapie portable Shopcraft table saw. I need a wrench for the arbor so I can try out my nifty fret saw blade I got from Shane Neiffer. (After I get stabilizers)

Anyone got an extra wrench? (stamped steel jobbie)Terry Stowell38976.4305787037

Terry I'm sure you can buy a box wrench that would fit. Sears, Harbor Freight, Home Depot etc.

Terry, I had to get one for my Grizzly, $2.00 plus shipping. They kind of hide them. You have to go to a saw page, then to the parts page and order it from there.

hi Brad,

I think all I really need is a 1 1/4" open end THIN stamped steel wrench (for the inner nut closest to the motor). I use a 15/16" socket for the outer nut.

I just went down to check sizes and got the blade off (successfully)blocking the blade with a chunk o'wood, but had problems before.

Hi Bob!

I've got plenty of wrenches, but it needs to be thinner than my craftsman wrenches

Web.

I just checked. The wrench has two cutouts, 1" and 7/8" closed.Aoibeann38976.5238310185
